Shipping policy
Every Enchanting Darkness piece is summoned to order and sent out into the world. Here's what to expect once you've made your choice.
Made to Order All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Printify. This means each order is created specifically for you — no mass production, no excess. Just your piece, made with intention.
Production Time Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched. This is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 5–12 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been fulfilled. Use it to follow your order through the dark until it reaches you.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We're unable to predict or cover these costs.
Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on which Printify production facility fulfils each product. Don't be alarmed if your parcels arrive at different times.
Something's not right? If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't show up within the expected window, contact us at blinkyboo2006@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we'll make it right.
