At Enchanting Darkness, every piece is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at blinkyboo2006@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
